In this role, you will work across cloud operations, automation, monitoring, and deployment processes, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our platform. You'll collaborate closely with development and operations teams while helping drive the adoption of **AI-assisted operations (AIOps)**. This is a **remote** role within the Netherlands or Germany, with occasional on-site collaboration as needed. At Ezwim, we believe the future of operations is not just about keeping systems running—it is about continuously asking: **" How could AI make this better?"** If that question excites you, we'd love to hear from you. **What you will do** Your key responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to): **Cloud Infrastructure & Operations** * Manage cloud infrastructure, networking, DNS, certificates, VPN, and security controls * Ensure platform reliability, performance, and cost efficiency **Platform Engineering & Automation** * Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Ansible * Manage CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and deployment processes * Support application deployments and platform integrations * Administer and secure Linux-based environments (Oracle Linux and Ubuntu), ensuring stability, compliance and operational excellence. **Monitoring & Reliability** * Maintain observability, alerting, and operational dashboards * Improve incident response, root-cause analysis, and operational excellence **AIOps & Innovation** * Evaluate and adopt AI-assisted tooling where it delivers measura
