Must Have
10–12+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles, 3+ years in a technical lead or senior ownership role, Experience supporting production‑critical platforms at scale

Work with data engineering teams
Work with AI/ML teams
Work with product teams
Establish standards for reliable systems
Lead CI/CD pipeline design
Define DevOps standards
Drive Infrastructure-as-Code
Partner with teams on DevOps practices
Own platform reliability
Define and monitor SLOs
Lead incident response
Drive proactive reliability engineering
Own cloud platform operations
Ensure secure cloud infrastructure
Drive platform upgrades
Collaborate with security teams
Implement monitoring frameworks
Ensure high signal-to-noise alerts
Continuously improve MTTR
Provide technical leadership
Mentor DevOps/SRE engineers
Define operating models
Define on-call processes
Define support structures
Work with Product Owners on roadmap
Work with Architects on roadmap
Act as escalation point
