Full Job Description
* Sie übernehmen die Produktverantwortung für unsere interne Cloud-Native Entwicklungs- und Betriebsplattform mit klarem Ownership über Vision, Roadmap und Mehrwert * Erhebung, Priorisierung und Pflege des Product Backlogs in enger Abstimmung mit Entwicklung, Test, Betrieb und Security * Übersetzung technischer Anforderungen in klare User Stories und Epics sowie aktive Mitgestaltung aller Scrum-Events * Steuerung der Plattform-Weiterentwicklung von der Idee bis zum Go-Live, inklusive Abhängigkeits- und Release-Management * Messung und Kommunikation des Plattform-Nutzens anhand relevanter KPIs sowie Vertretung des Produkts und der Roadmap gegenüber Stakeholdern, Management und Abstimmungsgremien im hochregulierten Versicherungsumfeld * Förderung von Standardisierung, Automatisierung und schrittweiser Ablöse historisch gewachsener Strukturen * Neue Technologien und Best Practices verfolgen Sie aktiv, bringen diese ins Team ein agieren als Brücke zwischen Technologie und Business ## Requirements * Abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftlich-technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung * Nachweisliche Erfahrung als Product Owner, idealerweise im Plattform-, DevOps- oder Infrastructure-Umfeld, PO-Zertifizierung von Vorteil * Fundiertes Verständnis agiler Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) und souveräner Umgang mit Backlog-Management-Tools (z. B. Jira) * Gutes Verständnis der Cloud-Native-Landscape (Kubernetes, Container, CI/CD, Observability) sowie moderner Web- und Microservice-Architekturen und Software Delivery Lifecycle, Hands-on-Erfahrung von Vorteil * Vertrautheit mit GitOps-, IaC- und DevSecOps-Konzepten (z. B. Deployment-Strategien, Secrets Management, Security-Baselines) * Analytisches Denkvermögen, Erfahrung mit Produkt-KPIs und datengetriebener Priorisierung sowie Fähigkeit, technische Komplexität verständlich zu kommunizieren, ins Team wie auch in Richtung nicht-technischer Stakeholder * Teamorientierung sowie ein gutes Gespür
