What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6–10 years of experience in DevOps, MLOps, or related roles in enterprise environments, hands-on experience with RPA technologies such as WorkFusion, Automation Anywhere, or UiPath, Proficient in Selenium, Java, and Python for automation development and testing, Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps, Hands-on with containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, etc., Experience in deploying, optimizing, and enhancing ML/GenAI solutions, including frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face, Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native services for automation, analytics, and AI/ML workloads, Familiarity with enterprise applications (Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, etc. ) and integrating automation solutions, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills for live systems, Excellent collaboration, communication, and mentoring skills, Exposure to MLOps pipelines: MLflow, Kubeflow, or TFX, Experience in monitoring and logging frameworks: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or equivalent, Hands-on experience with GenAI model fine-tuning, optimization, or prompt engineering, Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative DevOps practices
