What They're Looking For.

Must Have

experience (Senior / Staff / Principal level) in DevOps, SRE, or production infrastructure engineering is required., Experience operating distributed systems at scale, including high availability and resilience design is required., Deep understanding of observability, monitoring, alerting, and incident response is required., Experience building CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release systems is required., experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, similar tools) is required., Solid understanding of performance, scaling, and system reliability principles is required., Ability to work closely with engineering teams to influence system design—not just operate systems after the fact is required.

Nice to Have
