Role Summary SolarWinds IT Operations is evolving from “ticket takers” to a modern Platform communicate progress and risks clearly to peers and leadership. • Mentor other engineers in automation, reliability practices, and platform thinking; help raise the bar for the whole team. What You’ll Bring Required • Strong experience as a Senior DevOps / Platform / SRE engineer supporting development teams in a cloud centric environment. • Deep hands on knowledge of AWS (IAM, VPC, EC2/EKS, networking basics) and solid experience with Kubernetes in production. • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform strongly preferred) and configuration management. • Familiarity with GitHub administration at organization/enterprise level (policies, protections, runners, security features). • Demonstrated track record of owning services end to end: design, implementation, documentation, and steady state operations. • Excellent communication skills; able to translate between engineering needs and IT/operations constraints.
