Activity description and concrete tasks: * You will support project teams in the integration and validation of software of voice services. * Additionally you will support in development, quality assurance and planning as well as implementation of product releases. * You will design further automations of services, processes and/or operating models, you will carry out performance analyses and tunings as well as error analysis and fixes. * You will support the automation of deployments in all environments. * You will provide a project-specific infrastructure and tool suite for integration and delivery, and administer these. * You manage projects. ## Qualifications Skill requirements: * Linux Administration: Secure operation, analysis of logs and system states * Networking Knowledge: IP, routing, firewall, basic understanding of DMZ/proxy * Virtualization: VMware operations & basic analysis * Chef (Automation): Applying, customizing, and deploying cookbooks * Application Deployment: rollouts and deployments * Monitoring / Alerting: Proactive monitoring, alert evaluation * Troubleshooting: Cross-system root cause analysis * Change Management: Performing ITIL- and Telekom-compliant changes * Incident Management: Rapid analysis and resolution of incidents * IVR: Support in analyzing application errors ## Additional Information What do we offer you?
