What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field., 5+ years of progressive experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering., Deep experience with AWS services (including advanced configurations for EC2, RDS, KMS, VPC, IAM policies, etc.)., Expertise in infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred)., Advanced experience with CI/CD automation and release engineering best practices., Experience leading large-scale DevOps projects or initiatives., Scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, or similar)., Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and building self-healing systems., Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks.

What You'll Do.
Lead the architecture and implementation of advanced cloud-native infrastructure and automation solutions.
Drive the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines for high-scale
Own and manage production environments with a focus on performance
Design and implement comprehensive monitoring
and logging strategies.
Lead incident response and post-mortem processes.
Lead cloud infrastructure cost optimization and usage analysis initiatives.
Establish and enforce security and compliance drive preparation for audits (e.g.
Evaluate and introduce new tools and practices to continuously improve the DevOps ecosystem.
