What They're Looking For.
Must Have
hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu, experience in AWS networking, core services (e. g. , RDS, S3), and IAM security best practices, skilled in managing Kubernetes (we use EKS), experience with observability tooling such as OpenTelemetry, comfortable working with tools like DataDog, solid understanding of cloud-native technologies, including AWS services like RDS and RedShift, familiar with modern CI/CD pipelines and workflow automation tools, including ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, and GitHub Actions, proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable platforms, working as part of a cross-functional team, dive into an existing codebase and quickly familiarize yourself, identifying areas to improve and contribute effectively, excited by solving customer problems, strive to become an expert in the domain area you are working in, team player, understand what working in a startup or a similar lean organization is like, comfortable working with a small team, moving quickly, focusing on what truly matters, ready and willing to take ownership of problems, act on them decisively with little supervision, always aim for high-quality outcomes through focus, determination, and attention to detail, enjoy learning new technologies, thrive on solving challenges with tools and methods beyond those you already know

YOUR MISSION: As a member of our cross-functional team of DevOps, DevSecOps and Workplace Technology engineers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and evolution of our infrastructure.
