Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead the migration of workloads from AWS to Azure using an AKS-first (Azure Kubernetes Service) approach. Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for scalable Azure environments. Migrate and standardize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and consistency across deployments. Refactor legacy infrastructure into modern, cloud-native Azure architectures aligned with best practices. Define and execute migration strategies that minimize downtime and ensure secure rollback capabilities. Continuously optimize cloud infrastructure for cost efficiency, performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment workflows and modernize platform operations. Document migration processes and create reusable templates and architectural standards for the organization. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in DevOps and Cloud Engineering roles. Strong hands-on expertise with Azure (AKS, networking, IAM, monitoring) and AWS (EC2, EKS, IAM, networking). Proven experience designing and managing Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform. Solid experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms. Demonstrated track record of executing large-scale, real-world cloud migration projects. Deep understanding of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on system reliability and performance. Experience working in complex, distributed environments with cross-functional engineering teams. Nice to have: knowledge of multi-cloud strategies, cost optimization, security, compliance, and platform engineering practices.
