Role Overview RZR is seeking a high-caliber Kubernetes & Platforms Engineer to join our Bangalore engineering hub. This role is the backbone of our container orchestration strategy, critical for the design, scaling, and management of the infrastructure powering our programmatic Demand-Side Platform (DSP). You will transition our high-performance Real-Time Bidding (RTB) environment into a world-class, cloud-native ecosystem. Leveraging Kubernetes (K8s), Docker/Containerd, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Pulumi), you will ensure our bidding services operate with sub-millisecond latency and massive horizontal scalability. You will collaborate with global SRE and Backend teams to bridge the gap between bare-metal performance and cloud-native agility. Key Responsibilities Cluster Orchestration: Design, deploy, and maintain production-grade Kubernetes clusters across on-prem (bare metal) and hybrid cloud environments. Container Networking: Optimize K8s CNI plugins (e.g., Cilium, Calico) to handle high-throughput RTB traffic with minimal overhead. GitOps & Automation: Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD or Flux to ensure declarative, reproducible infrastructure. Performance Engineering: Fine-tune container runtimes and resource quotas (CPU/Memory pinning) for latency-sensitive applications.
