This role is based in Mexico City and follows a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in the office). As the position supports U.S. operations, team members may be required to work on certain Mexico holidays based on business and operational needs. The Marketing Operations Manager owns our marketing automation engine and is the core architect behind an AI-powered, highly integrated demand system. You will own Marketo day to day and lead our migration from Marketo to HubSpot, while also serving as the SEM integrations and domain expert. You’ll define the roadmap for marketing automation, manage high‑impact integrations (especially with Google Ads and paid media), and ensure our tools and channels work together to support scalable, efficient growth. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, RevOps, Sales, and the Enterprise Cloud Technology team to improve conversion, efficiency, and data quality.   ## How you'll add value Design, deploy, and support provisioning and maintaining Azure infrastructure (App Services, Functions, Container Apps, networking) for hosted Claude AI applications Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipeline stages, deployment templates, and automation scripts in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions Support the change management process by managing environment promotion workflows, pull request reviews, and deployment approvals Partner with internal application owners and business stakeholders to onboard their Claude AI applications to the hosting platform, ensuring proper configuration and security setup Implemen
