Basic understanding of DevOps principles, Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Basic understanding of automation workflows, Familiarity with version control systems, Exposure to CI/CD tools, Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems, Basic knowledge of command-line operations, Understanding of container technologies, Basic Kubernetes concepts, Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, Experience with ITSM tools, Understanding of incident management processes, Understanding of escalation processes, Ability to follow standard operating procedures, Ability to follow DevOps runbooks, Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift-based support environment, interest in learning automation, interest in learning scripting, interest in learning cloud technologies

What You'll Do.
Provide Level 1 operational support
Monitor build pipelines
Monitor deployment jobs
Monitor automation workflows
Perform initial troubleshooting
Monitor application logs
Monitor infrastructure logs
Assist with code repository management
Monitor containerized applications
Monitor orchestration platforms
Support cloud platform monitoring
Execute DevOps operational procedures
Assist in infrastructure monitoring
Assist in alert management
Maintain operational documentation
Update pipeline runbooks
Update incident records
Coordinate with development teams
Coordinate with infrastructure teams
Coordinate with DevOps engineers
Maintain monitoring alerts
Ensure accurate ticket updates
Support production environments
Support staging environments
Support UAT environments
Support development environments
Provide 24/7 monitoring
