### **DevOps Engineer (AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD & Cloud Infrastructure) – Remote | U.S. Hours** **Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote **Working Hours:** U.S. Client Business Hours _(flexibility for deployments, incidents, and on-call rotations)_ ### **About the Role** At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a **DevOps Engineer** to build, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and automation systems. This role is focused on: * Cloud infrastructure * CI/CD pipelines * Kubernetes & containerization * Monitoring & reliability * Infrastructure automation * Security & scalability You’ll work closely with engineering teams to ensure systems are: * Secure * Reliable * Scalable * Fast to deploy If you enjoy automating infrastructure, improving deployment workflows, and solving production-scale reliability challenges, this role is a strong fit. ### **What You’ll Own** ### **Cloud Infrastructure & Infrastructure-as-Code (Core Focus)** * Provision and manage infrastructure on: * AWS * GCP * Azure * Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using: * Terraform * Pulumi * CloudFormation * Configure: * Networking * Compute resources * Storage systems * Scaling environments * Optimize infrastructure reliability and cost efficiency ### **CI/CD Pipeline Automation** * Build and maintain pipelines using: * GitHub Actions * Jenkins * GitLab CI * CircleCI * Automate: * Builds * Testing * Deployments * Support: * Zero-downtime deployments * Rollback strategies * Multi-environment deployments ### **Containerization & Kubernetes** * Manage: * Docker containers * Kubernetes clusters * Deploy and support microservices environments * Monitor cluster health and performance * Optimize containerized workloads for: * Performance * Scalability * Reliability ### **Monitoring, Logging & Incident Response** * Implement observability tools such as: * Prometheus * Grafana * Datadog * New Relic * Configure: * Logging pipelines * Alerts * Monitoring dashboards * Participate in: * Incident
