About the Job Opportunity To help us build and maintain reliable, scalable systems that improve customer experience, we are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Technology team. In this role, you will support cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability platforms, and production operations while partnering closely with Software Engineering teams. This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career DevOps professional who enjoys automation, troubleshooting, cloud technologies, and continuous improvement. You will help ensure our systems remain secure, available, and performant while contributing to a modern cloud-native technology environment. What You’ll Do Infrastructure Systems Administration) Assist in building, configuring, and maintaining development tools, cloud infrastructure, and deployment pipelines Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies Contribute to automation of development, testing, and release processes Assist with deployment of product updates and infrastructure changes CI/CD Software Development: Version Control IT Service Management) Participate in production support triage, escalation processes, and on-call rotations Monitor system health, service level objectives (SLOs), and operational KPIs using Datadog, C
