Full Job Description

The Level Access DevOps team is dedicated to automating, optimizing, and monitoring our cloud infrastructure to support software development teams and deliver the best experience for our customers. As a DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across AWS and Azure environments. This role is ideal for a motivated, mid-level engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and seeks opportunities to grow technical expertise while contributing to the stability and scalability of our systems. Key Responsibilities Maintain and improve a multi-cloud infrastructure that supports the company’s accessibility solutions. Implement and manage scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure on AWS, with an awareness of cost optimization best practices. Support Kubernetes clusters, including deploying applications and managing configurations. Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using best practices to improve reliability and speed of software delivery. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with tools such as Terraform and Ansible. Collaborate with development teams to ensure deployment and architectural best practices. Implement observability and monitoring solutions using tools like Datadog and CloudWatch to ensure system reliability. Apply GitOps workflows using tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD for deployment automation. Contribute to infrastructure and process documentation for consistency and knowledge sharing. Assist with compliance efforts including security and frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2. Participate in incident response and on-call rotations as required. Required Skills and Qualifications 3+ years of experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering (SRE), or related roles.
