This is an early-stage, high-ownership environment where systems, processes, and infrastructure are actively being built from the ground up. **Job Type:** Full-time **Location:** On-site in Berlin, Germany ### **Job Summary** We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to take full ownership of how the platform runs across multiple customer environments. This role sits at the core of engineering, responsible for deployments, infrastructure, performance, and reliability. You’ll work directly with product and engineering teams to ensure the system is scalable, secure, and production-ready across enterprise deployments. ### Key Responsibilities * Build and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, observability, and infrastructure systems * Own end-to-end deployments across multiple customer environments (setup, rollout, configuration) * Collaborate closely with engineers across the full stack * Ensure system uptime, performance, and security standards are consistently met * Monitor and maintain platform health across live deployments * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues * Establish best practices for scalable DevOps and infras
