### About the role: As a DevOps Engineer, you play a pivotal role in enhancing the reliability, scalability, and performance of fundcraft’s infrastructure and application services. You are responsible for architecting and implementing robust DevOps practices that facilitate seamless collaboration between development and operations departments. Your expertise in automation, monitoring, and cloud technologies enables you to optimise deployment pipelines and improve overall operational efficiency. In this role, you collaborate closely with cross-functional departments, including backend engineers, product managers, and QA, to ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality software. You take the lead in troubleshooting complex issues, driving root cause analysis, and implementing long-term solutions. You actively mentor junior members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the DevOps unit. This is a position based in Girona, Spain and reporting directly to the Lead DevOps Engineer. ### Key responsibilities: * Lead the design, implementation, and management of cloud infrastructure, ensuring it meets the performance, scalability, and security requirements of the platform. * Architect and optimise continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline the software delivery process and reduce deployment times. * Implement and manage monitoring solutions to ensure system performance, reliability, and availability. Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and drive optimization efforts. * Work closely with the development unit to ensure smooth integration and deployment of applications, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. * Lead efforts to troubleshoot complex operational issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions to prevent recurrence. * Develop and implement automation scripts to reduce manual processes, improve efficiency, and minimise errors in deploymen
