**Job Description & Summary** Mission principale Renforcer l’équipe Change & Adoption IA en accompagnant les métiers dans l’appropriation des solutions IA et digitales Microsoft (Copilot-first), avec un focus usages, adoption et création de valeur. * **Responsabilités clés** * Accompagnement du changement et adoption des outils Microsoft 365 * Mise en œuvre et promotion des usages Microsoft Copilot * Conception de solutions Low Code via Copilot Studio * Automatisation de processus métiers avec Power Automate * Support fonctionnel et technique auprès des équipes métiers * Contribution à des POC/MVP IA orientés usage * Participation aux actions de formation et de diffusion de la culture IA * **Compétences attendues** * Bonne connaissance de l’écosystème Microsoft 365 * Appétence Low Code / No Code * Capacité de vulgarisation et excellent relationnel * Compréhension fonctionnelle des solutions IA * **Positionnement RH PwC – Grade A** Rôle de contributeur opérationnel. Forte exposition métier. Travail sous supervision avec montée en autonomie progressive.
