Must Have
High School Diploma (Required), Drivers License (Valid) - USA
Nice to Have
Experience working with adults with a mental health diagnosis and/or developmental disabilities
What You'll Do.
Develop positive relationship with individuals
Assist individuals in achieving dreams and goals
Assess person's hopes
Provide supports that facilitate achievement
Ensure rights of person are protected
Assist people in developing advocacy skills
Serve as resource for person served
Maintain safe working environment
Educate people on work procedures
Facilitate person-centered relationships
Implement person's plan fully
Accurately complete all required documentation
Complete daily progress notes
Assist in maintaining all necessary records
Substitute in-house or in community
Assist new staff with orientation
Sleepover at residential setting
Attend and participate in meetings
Maintain certification in all training
Demonstrate knowledge of agency policies
Follow service definition guidelines
Perform all other duties as assigned
