Eligibility Requirements

Sleepover at a residential setting is required, Drive and travel as required, PRN position, Shift coverage on an as-needed basis

Must Have

High School Diploma, Valid Drivers License

Nice to Have

Experience working with children or adults with a mental health diagnosis, an intellectual/developmental disability, or substance use disorder

What You'll Do.

Support people to achieve personal dreams

Support developing relationships

Assist in community participation

Protect and promote rights

Facilitate positive relationships

Provide input into planning

Implement person's plan

Complete required documentation

Complete daily progress notes

Attend meetings and training

Comply with policies and regulations

Assist with home operations

Assist during late night hours

Arrange transportation

Assist with emergency procedures

Follow service definition guidelines

Complete other responsibilities

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work together to provide care; Assist new staff and/or current staff with orientation, mentoring, and training
