Sleepover at a residential setting is required, Drive and travel as required, Arrange for, or provide transportation

Must Have
High School Diploma, Valid Drivers License
Nice to Have
Experience working with children or adults with a mental health diagnosis, an intellectual/developmental disability, or substance use disorder
What You'll Do.
Support people to achieve dreams
Develop relationships in community
Participate fully in community
Protect rights of people
Facilitate positive relationships
Provide input into planning
Implement person's plan
Complete required documentation
Complete daily progress notes
Attend and participate in meetings
Comply with agency policies
Assist with day-to-day home operations
Assist people during late night hours
Drive and travel as required
Provide transportation to people
Assist with emergency procedures
Utilize effective judgment
Assist new staff with orientation
Follow service definition guidelines
Complete other responsibilities as assigned
