What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma, Valid Drivers License
Nice to Have
Experience working with children or adults with a mental health diagnosis, an intellectual/developmental disability, or substance use disorder
What You'll Do.
Assess each person receiving services
Support people in developing relationships
Assist people in participating fully
Ensures that the rights of each person
Provide support as needed
Facilitate person-centered
positive relationships
Provide input and recommendations
Implement person’s plan fully
Accurately complete all required documentation
Complete daily progress notes
Assist people with the day-to-day operation
Drive and travel as required
or provide transportation
Assist people with knowledge of emergency procedures
Utilize effective judgment when dealing
Assist new staff and/or current staff
Sleepover at a residential setting
Attend and actively participate in meetings
Maintain certification in all agency
Demonstrate knowledge of and comply
Follow service definition guidelines
Complete all other relevant responsibilities
