Sleepover at a residential setting may be required., Drive and travel as required., Arrange for, or provide transportation to people receiving services as required.

Must Have
High School Diploma (Required), Driver's License (Valid) - USA
Nice to Have
Experience working with children or adults (dependent upon population served) with a mental health diagnosis, an intellectual/developmental disability, or substance use disorder | Not Required
What You'll Do.
Support people to achieve personal dreams
Assess person's hopes
Support relationship development in community
Assist people in participating in community
Ensure rights of people are protected
Assist people in developing advocacy skills
Provide support for emotional
Facilitate positive relationships with people
Provide input into assessment and planning
Implement person's plan fully
Accurately complete all required documentation
Complete daily progress notes
Assist people with day-to-day home operations
Drive and travel as required
Arrange for transportation as required
Assist people with knowledge of emergency procedures
Utilize effective judgment with safety issues
Assist new staff with orientation
Sleepover at residential setting may be required
Attend and participate in meetings
Maintain certification in all training requirements
Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with policies
Follow service definition guidelines
Complete all other relevant responsibilities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Assist new staff and/or current staff with orientation, mentoring, and training.; Attend and actively participate in meetings and training as required.
