What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma (Required), Drivers License (Valid) - USA
Nice to Have
Experience working with children or adults (dependent on population served) with a mental health diagnosis, an intellectual/developmental disability. , or substance use disorder | Not Required
What You'll Do.
Assess each person receiving services
Support people receiving services in developing relationships
Assist people receiving services in participating fully
Ensures that the rights of each person receiving services are protected
Provide support as needed to meet needs
Facilitate person-centered
positive relationships
Provide input and recommendations into assessment
Implement person’s plan fully
Complete daily progress notes
Assist people receiving services with day-to-day operation
Drive and travel as required
or provide transportation
Assist people receiving services with knowledge of emergency procedures
Utilize effective judgment when dealing with safety issues
Assist new staff and/or current staff with orientation
Sleepover at a residential setting may be required
Attend and actively participate in meetings
Maintain certification in all agency
state and federal training requirements
Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies
Follow service definition guidelines for services
Complete all other relevant responsibilities as assigned
