Must Have

Experience working with children or adults with a mental health diagnosis, an intellectual/developmental disability, or substance use disorder
What You'll Do.
Assess person's hopes
Provide supports to facilitate achievement
Support people in developing relationships
Assist people in participating fully
Ensure rights are protected
Assist people in developing advocacy skills
Provide support for emotional
Facilitate positive relationships
Provide input into assessment and planning
Implement person's plan
Complete required documentation
Complete daily progress notes
Assist people with day-to-day home operations
Drive and travel as required
Arrange for transportation
Assist people with emergency procedures
Utilize effective judgment
Assist new staff with orientation
Sleepover at residential setting
Attend and participate in meetings
Maintain certification
Demonstrate knowledge of policies
Follow service definition guidelines
Complete other responsibilities

Assist new staff and/or current staff with orientation, mentoring, and training; Attend and actively participate in meetings and training as required
