Must Have
High School Diploma (Required), Drivers License (Valid) - USA
Nice to Have
Experience working with children or adults (dependent upon population served) with a mental health diagnosis, an intellectual/developmental disability, or substance use disorder
What You'll Do.
Assess person's hopes
Provide supports to achieve goals
Support developing relationships
Assist in community participation
Protect and promote rights
Facilitate positive relationships
Provide input into planning
Implement person's plan
Complete required documentation
Complete daily progress notes
Assist with home operations
Arrange or provide transportation
Assist with emergency procedures
Attend meetings and training
Comply with policies and regulations
Follow service definition guidelines
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Assist new staff and/or current staff with orientation, mentoring, and training.
