Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, IT Systems Administration, or related field, 3+ years experience as Business Systems Analyst or similar role, 1+ year supervisory, team leader, or project experience, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Familiarity with permitting and workflow systems, Excellent analytical skills, Excellent problem-solving skills, Excellent communication skills, Stakeholder engagement skills, Data reporting skills, Data visualization skills, Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, Ability to manage multiple priorities, Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Experience developing and delivering training for technical systems, Project management experience in public sector, Product owner experience in public sector, Experience supporting permitting systems, Experience supporting licensing systems, Experience supporting land management systems, Experience working in municipal government environment, Valid Florida Driver's License
