providing organizational resources such as prospect management

supporting the strategic resourcing of the TNC Global Freshwater Program and priority freshwater work to advance TNC’s 2030 Freshwater goals

and align tactics across a dispersed

and international team of fundraisers and Freshwater Program Leadership to drive and measure resourcing

completing and organizing diverse tasks and activities

identify and help address the internal fundraising alignment needs of freshwater-related programs or areas of focus

track and report on key data related to the team scope and priorities

perform complex analysis on key organizational data

which may include donor or gift information

and training related to the functional area of the team

supporting a defined fundraising plan

expert in the systems and resources utilized by the team and apply knowledge to providing organizational support and designing communications

serve as a liaison with partners

take on additional duties to enhance the work of the team

### _**What We Can Achieve Together:**_ The Development Program Manager for Freshwater will apply advanced skills to a functional team of organizational priority within a development program. The team will be responsible for providing organizational resources such as prospect management, coordination, tracking, and stewardship, etc. The Development Program Manager for Freshwater will work towards supporting the strategic resourcing of the TNC Global Freshwater Program and priority freshwater work to advance TNC’s 2030 Freshwater goals. The Development Program Manager will coordinate, track, communicate, and align tactics across a dispersed, cross-functional, and international team of fundraisers and Freshwater Program Leadership to drive and measure resourcing. This includes completing and organizing diverse tasks and activities. They will identify and help address the internal fundraising alignment needs of freshwater-related programs or areas of focus (e.g. geographies, priorities, joint programs, tech initiative). They will manage, track and report on key data related to the team scope and priorities. The Development Program Manager will report to the ADoDO and perform complex analysis on key organizational data, which may include donor or gift information. They will provide advice, recommendations, information, materials, and training related to the functional area of the team, supporting a defined fundraising plan. The Program Manager must be an expert in the systems and resources utilized by the team and apply knowledge to providing organizational support and designing communications. They will have substantial contact with stakeholders and serve as a liaison with partners. They take on additional duties to enhance the work of the team, such duties may include, but are not limited to, leading training initiatives, developing documentation, and/or enhancing the systems and tools used by the team.
