What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university, One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a related field, verbal and written communication skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, organizational and time management skills, Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team, Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Nice to Have
Experience in higher education advancement or fundraising, Experience with donor databases, CRM systems, or digital engagement tools, Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, Experience with outreach, sales, or customer engagement environments
What You'll Do.
Focus on providing a first-class philanthropic experience for all donors by leveraging personalized digital engagement
Manage a portfolio of approximately 1
000 donors and prospects with clear weekly
personalized outreach campaigns using digital tools
and solicit gifts in support of the Annual Giving program while meeting defined fundraising goals
Provide stewardship to donors by expressing appreciation
and encouraging continued and increased support

Collaborate across the university, including with Marketing and Communications, Alumni Relations, and Development; Work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
