**Job Description & Summary** The **Application Evolution Services** team is a part of PwC Poland. Our work requires constant monitoring of the operation of applications and real-time response. We also improve existing products and introduce new functionalities, so that applications can advance in parallel with our clients’ growth. We repair, keep our fingers on the pulse, create CR, document, and sometimes teach our clients’ employees. The better we work, the less you notice us. Plus, we simply love what we do. We deploy the most innovative Customer Experience solutions for our clients. We are looking for: **Development Manager with German** ## **Your future role:** * Lead and manage a team of SAP developers and consultants, ensuring high-quality project delivery and resource allocation. * Drive planning, execution, and continuous improvement of SAP development projects, aligning outcomes with client objectives and PwC best practices. * Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Foster agile and DevOps methodologies to boost productivity, accelerate delivery, and maintain code quality. * Monitor progress, resolve blockers, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery of SAP solutions. * Promote professional development through mentoring, training, and constructive feedback. * Implement best practices in SAP development, including code reviews, automated testing, and documentation standards. * Manage budgeting, capacity planning, and reporting to support operational and strategic decisions. ## **Apply if you have:** * At least 5 years of experience in SAP incident/problem management and implementing customer-specific enhancements (change requests). * Very good written and spoken English. * Excellent written and spoken German. * Strong technical background in SAP technologies, including ABAP, SAP Fiori/UI5, and experience with SAP development tools and frame
