We need an innovator that will solve complex technical problems, drive new product initiatives and changes in a highly engaged collaborative environment. **In this role you will get to:** * Provide constructive feedback and influence the performance and career development of high performing engineers. * Full ownership of the Full Stack of our products, contribute and collaborate with peers on cross team initiatives. * Continuous collaboration with collaborators across multiple departments and teams to understand their business and product strategies and translate those into strategic technical plans. * Decide with senior management in developing long-term technology road maps and execution of existing initiatives. * Lead multiple projects - including planning, prioritization, and task delegation. * Enforce accountability for the quality of software that is crafted. **Who you are:** * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience. * Proven leader in hiring, mentoring, coaching and developing engineering talent, including performance management. * Experienced knowledge of Java and backend technologies, including Python and/or JavaScript, with strong understanding of API design, Web Services, and industry-standard methodologies such as RESTful architecture and/or microser
