You are accountable for team leadership, delivery execution, and alignment with product objectives. You hire, mentor, and guide developers, ensure engineering best practices are followed, and act as the critical connector between Product Managers, Architects, and Developers. **In this role you will get to:** **1\. Team Leadership & Development** * Hire, mentor, and coach developers to grow skills and careers * Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement * Allocate team members effectively across initiatives to maximize delivery capacity **2\. Delivery & Execution Management** * Oversee timelines, deliverables, and commitments to ensure on-time completion * Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives * Identify and remove blockers, escalating issues where needed to maintain flow **3\. Collaboration & Alignment** * Act as the key bridge between Product and Development teams, ensuring clear communication of priorities, requirements, and constraints * Collaborate closely with Product Managers to balance business outcomes with technical feasibility * Partner with Architects and Engineering Leads to ensure alignment on design, standards, and long-term maintainability **4\. Quality, Security & Performance** * Ensure solutions meet defined quality, security, and performance standards as established by architecture teams * Champion engineering best practices, including testing, CI/CD, and code reviews
