As Guzman y Gomez continues to grow, we are looking for a result driven Development Manager to join our high performing Real Estate team. The Development Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy and ensuring the success of new restaurant projects. What you can expect in the role: * Collaborate closely with the Head of Development QLD to understand and execute the real estate growth strategy in your designated area. * Building a robust pipeline of potential sites, proactively identifying, and pursuing the best locations while connecting with key stakeholders to secure prime sites. * Provide regular updates to the Head of Development QLD of the progress of securing new restaurant locations and offering marketing insights that may impact our growth strategy. * Ensure the number of restaurant openings in your designated area aligns with business targets, sales performance, and financial budgets. * Work closely with construction managers and stakeholders to ensure new restaurant opening dates are met through proactive risk mitigation. You’ll enjoy this role if you have: * A bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field * 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role in real estate development, with a focus on site identification, deal negotiation, and approvals management * Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends * QSR and town planning experience would be beneficial * Legal documentation understanding * Excellent negotiation and communication skills * Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams including Project Management and Design * A st
