What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 8 years of technical delivery end to end experience, Experience in actual systems development work, with prior coding, functional specifications and technical specifications and systems development and testing experience, Hands-on experience on Mainframe, Hands-on experience on Cardlink, Hands-on experience in Cobol, Hands-on experience in CICS, Hands-on experience in JCL, Experience in implementing large-scale, highly available applications or other large project implementation, Good understanding and experience in software development cycle
Nice to Have
Knowledge on the tool like Endevor, Knowledge on the tool like File-Aid, Knowledge on the tool like Abend-Aid, Knowledge on the tool like Expediter, Related professional/technical qualification
What You'll Do.
engage and work with stakeholders from project inception
testing to pre- and post-deployment phases
Ensure good quality and smooth delivery of cards technology system enhancements
Manage project technical delivery with a view for end-to-end flow
Active engagement/participation in design and development
Manage testing requirements
Plan for deployment and support
Prepare technical specification
Build and manage a team of developers supporting cards platform and strategic projects
Champion the delivery of high quality cards systems design
Ensure adherence to global architecture principles

security and control standards
Build the team's capabilities to consistently maintain the repository of system features inventory and data maps for the cards domain
Plan technical deliverables (including any system enhancements and upgrades) to meet project’s requirements within allocated budget and schedule
Plan & collaborate across different application teams to manage technical dependencies of the solution
monitor and manage risks/issues related to technical delivery
Lead and engage in innovative problem-solving activities
Partner with Architects to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles

Partner with Development Manager in managing application teams to build the enhancements
Partner with Test Manager to ensure completion of System Integration Testing (SIT)
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
