This is an entry-level role designed for an early-career professional seeking broad exposure to the field of philanthropy. The position supports frontline fundraising and engagement efforts while building foundational skills in donor relations, annual giving execution, event logistics, and database management. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** **Events & Donor Engagement Support** * Provide logistical and on-site support for fundraising, stewardship, and cultivation events. * Assist with event planning and execution, including registration, RSVP tracking, materials preparation, and post-event follow-up. * Support donor engagement activities tied to events, including coordination of guest lists, seating, and stewardship touchpoints. **Major Gifts Team Support** * Provide administrative and coordination support to major gift officers and leadership. * Assist with scheduling donor meetings, preparing briefing materials, and assembling proposals or presentations. * Track and record donor interactions, contact reports, and follow-up actions in the CRM system. * Support stewardship and cultivation workflows to ensure timely and coordinated donor engagement. **Development Operations (CRM/Data) Support** * Enter
