Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience, 5+ years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) within a large enterprise, Working knowledge of IGA platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, Saviynt, or Microsoft Entra ID, Experience supporting identity lifecycle automation, user provisioning, and access review processes, Familiarity with integration standards (e.g. , REST APIs, SAML, OAuth) and identity-related protocols, Experience with troubleshooting Java-based connectors and scripting in BeanShell, PowerShell, or JavaScript, understanding of RBAC, policy enforcement, and audit/reporting mechanisms, Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced production environment, Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, documentation and process orientation
Nice to Have
Experience maintaining large-scale SailPoint environments, Experience supporting Zero Trust or least-privilege initiatives, Experience participating in security audits or regulatory assessments
