What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, 7+ years of professional software development experience, Proven experience building scalable, high-volume applications, Hands-on experience with NodeJS and TypeScript, experience with AWS cloud services, including: Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, Kinesis, S3, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, API Gateway, CloudFormation, Experience developing serverless applications (Lambda, Step Functions), Experience with NoSQL and relational databases, troubleshooting and production support experience, Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk and Datadog, Familiarity with development tools such as VS Code
Nice to Have
Understanding of Event-Driven Architecture, Experience with Java and Spring Boot, Experience deploying applications on AWS EKS clusters, Experience with GitHub Actions, Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation testing, Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
