Support & assistance to multiple stakeholders
Ensuring maximum responsiveness to client queries
Supporting Partnership Manager on negotiations
Supporting Partnership Manager on contract management
Working with the Planning to identify
Liaising with the Estates team
Supporting with the approval process
Visiting sites across the North & Midland
Supporting with the preparation of materials
Sharing photography internally
Collating industry news
Providing rapid response to enquiries
Shadowing on site tours
Co-ordinating and share information
Accessing Self Serve Hub
Collating and sharing seasonal sales opportunities
Shadowing Administration
inputting electronic documents
Generating Assets reports
Collating advertising poster performance
Stock ordering through SOP
Responding to Operational queries
Shadowing colleagues on the methods
Shadowing the processes of stock taking
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with the Planning; Liaise with the Estates team; Work alongside the team on resolving issues; Support from the Data Analysist team; Co-ordinate and share information between agency and specialist team
