Must Have
6-10 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry, Experience as Applications Development Manager, Experience as senior level in an Applications Development role, Stakeholder and people management experience, Demonstrated leadership skills, Proven project management skills, Basic knowledge of industry practices and standards, Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication, Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience, Liderar el soporte a la producción de las aplicaciones de Finanzas, Operar el modelo de soporte a producción enfocado a la atención de incidencias, Liderar la atención del incidente conforme a los SLAs establecidos, Incorporar a las áreas técnicas y funcionales involucradas en el incidente, Guiar a los usuarios desde el momento 1 en el levantamiento y seguimiento del incidente, Identificar la causa-raíz de los incidentes y su plan de corrección, Asegurar la solución completa de los incidentes, Definir e implementar monitoreos automatizados preventivos en producción, Participar activamente en adquirir el conocimiento de las soluciones técnicas implementadas en Finanzas, Participar en la liberación de cambios a producción y asegurar su estabilización, Generar métricas de la atención a producción, Administrar al Equipo Interno de Empleados, Ser capaz de administrar los servicios externos, Participar en la homologación de ambientes y eliminación de obsolescencia en los aplicativos a cargo
