Come be part of Inetum! * Responsible for ensuring the operation, stability, and evolution of Automation and Hyperautomation solutions, acting as an operational reference within the Automation CoE. * Specialized in UiPath and Power Automate. * Ability to analyze existing workflows, identify and resolve issues. * Design and implement new automation workflows in collaboration with different business units. ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. * Experience in the operation and support of automation solutions (ROS / Run & Maintain), including failure analysis, troubleshooting, and production stability. * Practical knowledge of: * UiPath * Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps) * Experience in monitoring executions, log analysis, and managing failures and incidents. * Understanding of RPA / automated workflows and their operation in production. * Experience in incident, problem, and change management contexts (ITSM / operations). * Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
