Full Job Description

Trezor https://trezor.io/ is evolving from a hardware wallet into a platform that external developers can build on. Our firmware modularization initiative is the foundation of that shift - making the integration of new coins, features and applications easier, safer and more scalable. At Trezor, we believe self-custody is the future. Help us push the boundaries of secure hardware and build the platform that enables developers to extend Trezor safely, reliably, and at scale. We are looking for a Developer Platform & Ecosystem Product Owner to take full ownership of this initiative. The role sits at the intersection of product ownership, technical project leadership, developer experience, developer relations and business development. You will shape the product strategy, roadmap and both user-&-developer-facing experience around firmware modularization - making sure external developers have the documentation, tooling, submission flows, review processes and support they need to successfully build on Trezor. You will work closely with engineering, design, product, business development, security and external ecosystem partners to turn firmware modularization from a technical capability into a reliable, secure and developer-friendly platform. 👉 WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own product strategy, roadmap and backlog for firmware modularization - Define and improve the end-to-end developer journey and platform experience - Shape the developer portal, documentation, contribution processes and submission workflows - Partner with engineering on architecture, technical constraints, dependencies and delivery risks - Translate technical complexity into clear product requirements, priorities and decision-making - Define quality standards and review processes for third-party apps - Act as the main contact for external developers, contributors, partners and ecosystem stakeholders - Track adoption, feedback and ecosystem opportunities to continuously improve the platform and roadmap 💪 ABOUT YOU -
