Working within the Engineering Operations team alongside Staff Engineers and a Solution Architect, this role operates at the intersection of CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, AI-driven workflows and cross-team coordination. The Developer Experience Engineer identifies friction, proposes solutions and ships outcomes - operating with a high degree of autonomy and pace. This is not a traditional DevOps role focused on keeping the lights on. This is a role for someone who sees broken workflows, slow pipelines and manual toil as problems to be solved systematically -
