The Team & Role Join our dynamic engineering team as a Software Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our leading subscription management platform. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our systems, directly impacting our ability to deliver innovative solutions to our global customers. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and continuously learn and grow your skills in a collaborative environment. This is a hybrid position, so you'll work both remotely and in the office. This is a location specific position that requires you to come into the office regularly to be most effective. What you’ll do Design, implement, and maintain scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure on AWS. Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD, or similar. Champion and implement GitOps principles for infrastructure and application delivery. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Helm. Ensure the security, availability, and performance of our production systems. Collaborate with development teams to optimize application delivery and operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues. Monitor system healt
