Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and experienced **Desktop Systems Engineer** to join our **Information Technology** team. In this role, you will be responsible for the lifecycle management, compliance, functionality, and security of our Apple ecosystem and Windows endpoints, specifically covering macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices. You will act as a subject matter expert, offering deep technical support, managing vulnerabilities, and driving the automated deployment and maintenance of our Mac fleet to ensure an exceptional user experience. **What You 'll Do (Responsibilities)** In this role, you will: * **Endpoint Lifecycle & Configuration Management:** Manage the entire software and hardware lifecycle for Apple devices. This includes designing and maintaining a zero-touch deployment strategy using Apple Business Manager and Kandji, building custom software packages (.pkg, .dmg), and curating a Self-Service application catalog. * **Vulnerability, Patching & Compliance:** Proactively manage security vulnerabilities, system hardening (CIS benchmarks), and operat
