What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 years of enterprise-level desktop support experience, use, provisioning, and management of services such as Jamf and Intune, supporting enterprise applications such as Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and Okta, using and supporting macOS and Windows devices, Active Directory user, group, and policy administration, scripting (PowerShell or another), mobile devices, such as iPhones, iPads, and Androids, written and verbal communication skills in English, technical and instruction-oriented writing, clearly explain complex concepts over the phone, in person, and in writing, deliver exceptional customer service, in-person and remote technical support, using various device management tools, configuration and security management, general wired and wireless network concepts and protocols, creating technical knowledge and process documentation, learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment, eager to accept new responsibilities, problem-solving skills, develop creative solutions

Resolve desktop and laptop-related issues
Respond to Service Desk calls
Administer and support enterprise-level solutions
Troubleshoot client compute environment

Identify resolution gaps
Document and maintain hardware management lifecycle
Implement standard operating procedures
Maintain password security
Maintain data integrity

Support and troubleshooting of printers
Support and troubleshooting of copiers
Support and troubleshooting of fax machines
Coordinate and perform office moves
