What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, 3+ years related experience, Support of a global environment, Working knowledge of networking topologies, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wireless, Experience with Jamf, MS Intune, EndPoint Protection, Adobe, MDM
Nice to Have
Certifications such as A+, ACMT, MCSA Desktop, MCSE Desktop, Microsoft Specialist
What You'll Do.
Provide technical support for all business users across all end-user devices
Support of end-user software
Day to day deskside and remote support
Perform inventory management tasks
End-user computer setups
Troubleshoot hardware and software applications in a mixed Operating System environment
Ensure SLA’s and world-class support goals are met
Hardware deployment using automated provisioning tools
Enforce desktop hardware and software standards
Support productivity software
Support hardware systems
Maintain standard operating systems
and hardware destruction
Ensure software compliance
