What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of experience in desktop support or a related IT field, Proficiency in Windows and macOS, Basic networking knowledge, Experience supporting Microsoft Office, Experience supporting collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom, Troubleshooting skills, Analytical skills, Problem-solving skills, Customer service skills, Interpersonal communication skills, Ability to prioritize tasks, Ability to meet deadlines, Ability to work independently, Ability to work collaboratively, Adaptability, Willingness to learn new technologies
Nice to Have
Additional technical training or certifications, Familiarity with Linux
