2 years of experience in desktop engineering or application packaging, Proven experience with SCCM / MECM or Microsoft Intune, Application Packaging (MSI, MSIX, App-V), PowerShell scripting, Experience managing application deployment across enterprise environments, Solid understanding of Windows OS (10/11), Knowledge of software development lifecycle and change management processes, Shows curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work

Nice to Have

Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will design and develop moderately complex solutions for information technology (IT) infrastructure environments, including coding, testing, and certifying technology platforms, software, and applications under limited supervision. **THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE** The **Desktop Packaging Engineer****** role is responsible for building, testing, and deploying Windows and macOS application packages in support of enterprise software delivery and time‑sensitive vulnerability remediation, including zero‑day vulnerabilities. This role partners closely with application owners, security, deployment, and support teams to ensure software is packaged securely, reliably, and in compliance with established SLAs and governance standards. You will play a critical role in rapidly translating vendor fixes and emergency security updates into production‑ready packages, supporting forced deployments, and enabling timely remediation of High, Critical, and zero‑day vulnerabilities across the endpoint environment.
