Nice to Have
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the logistics or transport industry., Engineering and/or maintenance work is desirable., Hold a valid Category C+E driving licence (desirable).
What You'll Do.
Support Desktop Engineers with day-to-day operational activities.
Assist in preparation of reports for senior management.
Maintain weekly fleet KPI trackers.
Update daily VOR reports.
Act as first point of contact for VOR enquiries.
Follow up with external vendors for repair updates.
Gather and collate repair estimates.
Assist with onboarding new suppliers.
Support coordination of asset repairs.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders.; Support Desktop Engineers with day-to-day operational activities and administrative tasks.; Assisting in the preparation of reports for senior management updates, under the guidance of the DTE team.; Acting as a first point of contact for transport teams regarding truck and trailer VOR enquiries.; Gathering and collating repair estimates for review by the DTE team.; Assisting with the onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring required documentation and information is captured.; Supporting the coordination of asset repairs, helping to track timelines and communicate expected completion dates.
